We want you to be fully satisfied with your Bon Parfumeur fragrance; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window for all unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been unsealed or sprayed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via our online portal or email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the original, unopened fragrance bottle back into its shipping box, ensuring it is well-protected with the original padding to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects and approves the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
